heute habe ich noch eine Stamping Schablone von Marianne Nails aus meiner letzten Bestellung bei ventesreservees.com ausprobiert – Schablone Nr. 57. Und schon wieder ist es eine Schablone mit Spitzenmuster – ich kann einfach nicht die Finger davon lassen. Schaut selbst: kann man diesen wunderschönen Motiven etwa widerstehen?

Und da es heute Freitag ist und Ms. Linguini’s Blog wieder „Blue Friday“ zelebriert, habe ich OPI „Can’t find my Czechbook“ als Grundlage für die Maniküre genommen. Es ist ist ein schöner, gut deckender blauer Creme-Nagellack mit einem leichten türkisen Stich. Ich kombiniere es oft mit Weiß für romantische Stampings, aber diesmal habe ich für mehr Kontrast den schwarzen Stamping Lack (Essence „Stamp me“) genommen.

And because today is Friday and Ms. Linguini’s Blog is celebrating „Blue Friday“ again, I chose OPI „Can’t find my Czechbook“ as a basis for my mani. It is a beautiful, opaque blue cream nail polish with a hint of turquoise. I often combine it with white for romantic stampings, but this time I chose a black stamping polish (Essence „Stamp me“) for more contrast.

Marine Nails with Essie „Butler please“, „Beyond Cozy“ and Born Pretty BP-33

Ahoy there,

hoffe, Ihr könnt viel Blau vertragen. Es wird heute nämlich sehr blaulastig bei mir 🙂 .Ich nehme an einer Facebook Challenge unter dem Motto „Stamping over a blue base“ teil. Als ich das Thema gesehen habe, hatte ich direkt einen passenden Kandidaten im Auge: „Butler please“ von Essie. Es ist ein wunderbarer, sehr deckender Lack im strahlenden Blau. Man braucht nur 1-2 Schichten für ein deckendes Ergebnis. Kombiniert habe ich es mit „Beyond cozy“ – einem Glitzerlack von Essie in Weißgold. Ich verwende es sehr oft in Wintermonaten, besonders zu Weihnachtszeit. Es sieht so festlich aus und eignet sich auch wunderbar für Glitzer-Akzente.

As I saw the topic, I directly had a suitable candidate in mind: „Butler please“ by Essie. It is a wonderful, very opaque nail polish in bright blue. You only need 1-2 coats for the opaque result. I combined it with „Beyond cozy“ – a glitter polish by Essie in white gold. I use it very often in the winter months, especially at Christmas time. It looks so festive and is also wonderful for glitter accents.

Die maritime Born Pretty BP-33 Schablone von Born Pretty Store, die ich diese Woche zugesandt bekommen habe, passte perfekt zum Thema. Blau und Marine-Motive sind doch wie geschaffen füreinander. Ausprobiert habe ich gleich mehrere Images. Alle wurden perfekt übertragen.

The BP-33 stamping plate with navy images by Born Pretty Store, which I received this week, fit the topic perfectly. Blue color and navy patterns are simply made for each other. I stamped several images from the plate. All of them were perfectly transferred.

Hi there,

das heutige Design ist extrem einfach, aber ich liebe es sehr . Verwendet habe ich dafür Sally Hansen’s 565″Aria Red-y?“ – ein wunderbares Himbeer-Rot. Der Lack hat ein Jelly-Finish und glänzt sehr schön. Aufgetragen habe ich 2 Schichten.

today’s design is extremely simple, but I love it very much. I used for it Sally Hansen’s 565 „Aria Red-y?“ – a wonderful raspberry red. The polish has a jelly finish and dries very glossy. I applied it in 2 coats.

Als Stamping Schablone habe ich Marianne-Nails 82 und genommen. Ich finde, das Gesicht der jungen Frau sticht hier jedem sofort ins Auge und ich habe dieses Motiv zum Mittelpunkt meines Designs gemacht.

For stamping I used stamping plate by Marianne-Nails 82. I think , the young woman’s face is a real eyecatcher here and I set this image as a focus of my design.

Chevron Nails with Colour Alike 527, Models Own „Indian Ocean“, Essence „Snow Alert!“ and Betina B-04

Hi there,

das heutige Design ist mit der Stamping Schablone Betina B-04 gemacht, die ich nur wegen einem, meiner Meinung nach, sehr einzigartigen Motiv gekauft habe – dem Zickzack-Muster mit Rosen. Die anderen Motive sind ohne Zweifel auch sehr hübsch, aber ich habe schon einige Ähnliche in meiner Sammlung.

today’s design is created with the stamping plate Betina B-04, which I bought just because of the one very unique (in my opinion) image – a chevron pattern with roses . The other images are undoubtedly very pretty, but I have already some similar in my collection .

Als Grundlage für das Design habe ich meinen neuen Colour Alike 527 genommen. Es ist ein schöner Creme-Lack in Lila mit einem tollen Glanz und wunderbarer Deckkraft – man braucht wirklich nur 1 bis 2 Schichten für ein deckendes Ergebnis. Das Einzige, was mich an dem Lack irritiert hat, war sein Duft – der Lack scheint parfümiert zu sein und riecht ziemlich süßlich und sehr intensiv.

As a basis for the design I chose my new Colour Alike 527 . It is a beautiful creme nail polish in purple with a great shine and wonderful opacity – you really need only 1 to 2 coats for the opaque result. The only thing that confused me, was it’s scent – the polish seems to be perfumed and it smells quite sweet and very intense.

Gestampt habe ich diesmal mit Essence „04 Snow Alert!“ aus der „Mountain Calling“ Trend Edition. Der Lack ist sehr deckend und ich wollte wissen, ob er sich auch für Stamping eignet. Ja, tut er, zwar nicht so gut wie der spezielle Stamping Lack, aber man erzielt ein durchaus akzeptables Ergebnis. Für mehr „Eyecatching Effekt“ habe ich Models Own „Indian Ocean“ aufgetragen – es ist mein Lieblingsprodukt von Models Own und ich bin jedesmal fasziniert, wie sich die Lacke damit verwandeln können und ein eisiges, in Hellblau und Rosa changierendes Finish bekommen.

This time,I stamped with Essence „04 Snow Alert! “ from the „Mountain Calling“ Trend Edition. The polish is very opaque and I wanted to know if it is also suitable for stamping . Yes , it is. .Although it’s not as good as the special stamping polish , you receive a very good and acceptable result . For more „eyecatching effect“ I applied Models Own „Indian Ocean“ – it is my favorite product of Models Own and I am always fascinated, how it can transform nail polishes and gives them that frosty, iridescent light blue and pink finish.

Da ich in letzter Zeit sehr auf matte Finishes stehe, habe ich auch hier ausprobiert, das Ganze zu mattieren. Das Ergebnis gefällt mir sehr gut: der changierende Effekt von „Indian Ocean“ kommt genauso gut zur Geltung, nur das starke pearlige Funkeln ist etwas gedämpft. Hier ist ein Bild vom Design, und ich hoffe, es gefällt Euch.

As I love matte finishes lately, I tried to matify the whole design also this time, and I am very pleased with the result: the iridescent effect of “ Indian Ocean“ is as good as before, only the strong pearly glitter is muted. Here is a picture of the design, and I hope you like it .

Jazz Nails with Flormar PD06 & MoYOu Rockstar Collection – 14

Hi there,

Ich habe gerade eine Phase, wo ich jede Nacht, wenn alles schläft und die Wohnung so still ist, Jazz-Radio einschalte und mit Jazz / Blues Rhythmen und Melodien vom Alltagsgeschehen runterkomme. Passend dazu ein kleines Jazz-Design, sehr schlicht in Schwarz-Weiß gehalten.

I have a phase now, where I every night (when everything is asleep and the apartment is so silent) turn on jazz radio and come down from the day’s stress with jazz / blues rhythms and melodies. Therefore a small jazz design today, very simple in black and white.

Verwendet habe ich dafür den weißen Lack von Astor „274 Snow White“ aus der Black & White Collection und den schwarzen Flormar Passionate Dots PD06. Als ich PD06 gekauft habe, habe ich „Dots“ im Namen gar nicht beachtet und dachte, es ist ein „normaler“ schwarzer Lack. Erwiesen hat er sich als texturierter, in 2 Schichten deckender Lack. Stamping Schablone ist die wunderbare MoYou „Rockstar Collection – 14“ .

I used for it the white nail polish by Astor „274 Snow White“ from the Black & White Collection and the black Flormar Passionate Dots PD06. As I bought PD06, I did not noticed „dots“ in it’s name and thought, it is a „normal“ black polish., but it showed up as a textured polish, opaque with to coats . Stamping plate is the great Moyou „Rockstar Collection – 14“ .

P2 „110 Classy“, Flormar N008 and Stamping with Bundle Monster BM-603

Neon-Nägel im Winter? Absolut! 🙂 Ich denke, eine Prise Neon kann in Kombination mit Alltagsfarben ein schöner Eyecatcher im Winter sein. Heute trage ich auf den Nägeln das Neonpink von Flormar N008 mit „110 classy“ von P2 und dem Stamping.

Neon nails in winter? Absolutely! 🙂 I think, a bit of neon in combination with everyday’s colors can be a nice eyecatcher in winter. Today I am wearing the neon pink N008 by Flormar and „110 classy“ by P2 with stamping on my nails.

Ein Loblied auf „Classy“ habe ich Euch schon hier vorgesungen. Bin immer noch begeistert von seinem Finish – wunderbar funkelndem Sand in Anthrazit. Flormar N008 war einer meiner Sommerlieblinge in 2014. Es ist einfach ein perfektes Neon-Pnk. Meistens trage ich unter Neon-Lacken noch eine weiße Base, damit das Neon mehr strahlt. In diesem Fall braucht man das nicht – in zwei Schichten ist es absolut deckend und leuchtend auch ohne Unterlack.

I have already praised „Classy“ here and I am still loving its finish – amazingly sparkling sand in anthracite. Flormar N008 was one of my summer favourites in 2014. It is just a perfect neon pink. I usually apply a white nail polish as a base for neons to give the color more intensity. In this case it is not necessary: this neon is opaque and really bright with two coats without a base.

Zum Stampen habe ich die Schablone von Bundle Monster BM-603 aus der 214 „Create Your Own“ Collection genommen. Die Schablone hat mehrere Aztekenmuster, und ich mag diesen Print generell sehr gerne.

For stamping I used the stamping plate by Bundle Monster BM-603 from 2014 „Create Your Own“ Collection . The plate has several aztec patterns, and I love this print in general.

OPI „You’re such a Budapest“ & MoYou Bridal Collection – 06

Hi there,

ich bin in letzter Zeit dem Matte-Finis so verfallen, dass ich am liebsten jedes Design mattieren würde (es sei denn, der Lack ist schon matt 🙂 ). Heute trage ich „You’re such a Budapest“ von OPI mit dem Matte-Topcoat von L’Oréal. Die Farbe vom Nagellack finde ich zum Niederknien: wunderschöner Lavendelton, sieht so zart und unschuldig aus.

I am so obsessed with the matte finish lately, that I’d love to matify every nail design (unless the polish is alredy matte 🙂 ). Today I am wearing „You’re such a Budapest“ by OPI with the matte topcoat by L’Oréal. The color of the nail polish is gorgeous: beautiful lavender, looks so delicate and innocent .

Zu so einem Lack passt, meiner Meinung nach, nur ein filigranes Stamping-Motiv. Das Spitzen-Muster von der MoYou Schablone „Bridal Collection – 06“ fand ich sehr passend dazu. Zum Stampen habe ich den weißen Stamping Lack von Essence „Stamp me“ verwendet.

Hier ist das fertige Ergebnis. Hoffe, es gefällt Euch.

In my opinion, such a polish needs a very filigree stamping. Lace pattern from the Moyou stamping plate „Bridal Collection – 06“ matched perfectly to it. For stamping I used the white Essence stamping nail polish „Stamp me“.

Butter London „West End Wonderland“ & Stamping with MoYou Kaleidoscope Collection -03

Hi there,

ich war so angetan von heartNAT’s Design in Schwarz und Gold von letzter Woche, dass ich unbedingt etwas Ähnliches auf den Nägeln haben wollte. Gedacht, getan! Ganz schön glitzerig bin ich nun in meine erste Arbeitswoche in diesem Jahr gestartet – krönender Abschluss des Urlaubs sozusagen 🙂 . Als Gold habe ich Butter London’s „West End Wonderland “ genommen – eine richtige Glitzerbombe! Leider kann meine Iphone-Kamera dieses Wahnsinns-Funkeln nicht einfangen, egal mit welcher Beleuchtung ich fotografiere. Schon beim Auftrag kam ein „Wow“ nach dem anderen – es ist wirklich ein unbeschreiblich funkelnder und festlicher Nagellack! Nach zwei Schichten ist er deckend und fühlt sich wie ein Sandlack an. Ans Entfernen will ich erstmal nicht denken (ahne schon, dass es wie bei allen Glitzernagellacken etwas umständlicher wird) und genieße einfach dieses Lichtspektakel.

I was so impressed by heartNAT ’s black and gold design from last week, that I wanted to have something similar on my nails. No sooner said than done. Very „glittery“ I started my first working week of this year – quasi a triumphant finale of the vacation 🙂 . As gold polish I chose Butter London ’s „West End Wonderland “ – a real glitter bomb! Unfortunately, my Iphone-camera does not capture this glitter madness, no matter with what lighting I take pictures. Applying it was just one Wow! after another – it is really an incredibly sparkling and festive nail polish! It is opaque with two coats and feels like a sand polish. I do not want to think about removing it right now (guess, it will be a little more complicated like removing of all glitter polishes ) and I am just enjoying this spectacle of light .

Winter Nail Art with Konad & Essence

draußen schneit es – genau der richtige Zeitpunkt für ein weiteres Winterdesign.

it’s snowing outside – the right time for another winter design.

Ich spiele immer noch mit der Konad-Schablone „Square Image Plate 10“, die ich im vorherigen Post gezeigt habe, und habe diesmal das Motiv mit dem winterlichen Azteken-Muster ausprobiert. Die Haupt-Lackdarsteller im heutigen Design sind Essence „29 mint & cream“, Essence Topper „01 snow alert“, Matte Topcoat von Born Pretty Store und der Stamping Lack von Essence „Stamp me white“.

I’m still playing with the Konad plate „Square Image Plate 10“, which I showed in the previous post, and this time I tried out the image with the wintry Aztec pattern . The main nail polish performers in today’s design are Essence „29 mint & cream“, Essence Topper „01 Snow alert“, matte topcoat from Born Pretty Store and stamping polish by Essence „Stamp me white“.

„Mint & cream“ ist eigentlich aus der Essence Nagellackserie für die Fußnägel. Ich liebe aber diese Nuance und trage es auch auf den Fingernägeln sehr gerne. Außerdem ist es eine Schande, so einen hübschen Lack in Winterschuhen zu verstecken :-). Der Lack deckt mit zwei Schichten, lässt sich perfekt auftragen und ich bin mit ihm rundum zufrieden. „01 Snow Alert“ ist ein Topper aus der „Mountain Calling “ Trend Edition mit weißem Glitter in unterschiedlichen Größen, der für den Schneeeffekt auf den Nägeln sorgt.

„Mint & cream“ is actually a polish from the Essence nail polish series for toenails. But I love this shade and wear it also on fingernails. Besides, it’s a shame to hide such a pretty polish in winter shoes :-). The polish covers with two coats, applies perfectly and I am completely satisfied with it. „01 Snow Alert“ is a topper from the „Mountain Calling“ Trend Edition with white glitter in different sizes, which provides snow effect on the nails.

Zuerst habe ich alle Nägel mit „mint & cream“ lackiert und danach ein Stamping auf dem Ringfinger gemacht. Die Konad Schablone ist so detailliert! Mini-Schneemänner habe ich erst nach dem Stampen auf den Nägeln gesehen :-). Für den Daumen, den Zeige- und den Kleinfinger habe ich je zwei Tesastreifen genommen und die Nägel abgeklebt, so dass in der Mitte ein leerer diagonaler Streifen entsteht. Diesen Streifen habe ich dann großzügig mit Glitter („snow alert!“) gefüllt und antrocknen lassen. Als Nächstes habe ich den Tesafilm entfernt und alle Nägel mattiert.

First, I painted all nails with „mint & cream“ and then stamped on the ring finger. The Konad stamping plate is so detailed! I discovered mini snowmen, after the stamping had been on the nails already :-). For the thumb, index finger and the little finger I took two piece of tape and taped the nails, so that there was an empty diagonal stripe in the middle of the nail. Then I generously filled this stripe with glitter („snow alert!“) and waited, until it was dry. Next, I removed the tape and all mattified all nails.

Winter bird with Kiko 386 & Konad Square Image Plate 10

Hi there,

pünktlich zum Blue Friday von Ms. Linguini möchte ich euch ein Design mit einem sehr hübschen blauen Lack aus meiner Sammlung zeigen – Kiko „386 Light pastel blue“. Die Farbe ist toll: es ist weder hell- noch dunkelblau, und ich würde es eher als wunderschönes Kornblumen-Blau bezeichnen. Die Deckkraft ist einfach Spitze. Ich habe zwar aus Gewohnheit 2 dünne Schichten aufgetragen, denke aber, man könnte auch mit einer dickeren Schicht auskommen.

just in time for Blue Friday by Ms. Linguini , I would like to show you a design with a very pretty blue nail polish from my collection – Kiko „386 Light pastel blue“. The color is great: it is neither light nor dark blue, and I would describe it as gorgeous cornflower blue. The opacity is just great. Although I have applied as usual 2 thin coats, I suppose one thicker coat would be enough.

Die Stamping Motive für mein Design sind von der Schablone Konad Square Image Plate 10. Ich habe die Schablone leider viel zu spät im Internet entdeckt und sie kam bei mir nach Weihnachten an. Jammerschade! Die Bilder wären für Weihnachtsdesigns einfach perfekt gewesen. Solange es aber draußen noch kalt und einigermaßen winterlich ist, kann ich ein paar Winternägel damit zaubern. Für das heutige Design habe ich den süßen Vogel, Wald- und Schneeflockenmotive gewählt. Ich glaube, als Nächstes mache ich ein Design mit dem Aztekenmuster – in der Kombi mit Schneeflocken sieht es einfach bezaubernd aus!

The stamping images for my design are from Konad Square Image Plate 10. I unfortunately discovered the plate in the internet very late and it arrived after Christmas. What a pity! The pictures would have been just perfect for Christmas designs. But as long as it’s still cold and somewhat wintry weather here, I can use it for winter nails it. For today’s design I chose the sweet bird, forest and snowflakes images. I think, next I’ll make a design with the Aztec pattern – in combination with snowflakes it is adorable!
