Pink Nails with China Glaze, Moyra and Mundo de Unas

heute etwas für Pink-Liebhaber unter Euch 🙂 …

today something for pink lovers among you 🙂 …

Für das Design habe ich zwei sommerliche China Glaze Lacke kombiniert, die vor kurzem bei mir eingezogen sind:  den „Bottoms Up“ in Neon-Pnk und „Beach cruise-r“ in Fuchsia. Beides sind Farbnuancen, die direkt ins Auge springen.

For the design I combined two summer China Glaze nail polishes, which have recently moved in with me: „Bottoms Up“ in neon pink and „Beach Cruise-r“ in fuchsia. Both are shades, that directly leap to the eye.

Zuerst habe ich zwei Schichten „Bottoms Up“ aufgetragen, mit Hilfe eines Schwammes einen Gradient aus beiden Nagellacken gemacht und dann das Stamping Motiv von der Moyra Schablone „Memories“ mit dem Mundo de Unas Stamping Nagellack „Black“ gestampt.

First I applied two coats „Bottoms Up“, made a gradient with both nail polishes with the help of a sponge  and then stamped the image from the Moyra plate „Memories“ with Mundo de Unas Stamping polish „Black“.

Dandelion Nails with Konad, MoYou, Essence and Ciaté

Hi there,

heute ein kleines Design von mir, welches ich für den MoYou „New Year’s Resolutions Nails“ Contest gemacht habe.
Die Idee dahinter ist: man braucht nicht unbedingt teure Sachen und traumhafte Orte, die Tausende Kilometer weit entfernt liegen, um glücklich zu sein. Es sind kleine Dinge im Alltag, die einem das Leben verschönern, wenn man lernt, sie zu erkennen und wert zu schätzen.
Ich habe mir dieses Jahr vorgenommen, die Augen offen zu halten und einfach nur Zeit für solche kleinen Dinge zu nehmen, sei es in die Sterne zu schauen, dem ersten Schnee zuzusehen, oder einfach nur Pusteblumen zu pusten 🙂 . Die MoYou Stamping Platten Pro Collection 04 und Lingo Collection 02 haben mir geholfen, meine Design Idee zu verwirklichen.

Today a small design, which I did for the MoYou „New Year’s Resolutions Nails“ contest.
The idea behind is: you do not necessarily need expensive things and dreamlike places, which are thousands of kilometers away, in order to be happy. These are little things in everyday life, that beautify your life,  if you learn to recognize and to appreciate them.
One of my resolutions for this year is to keep my eyes open and to take time for those little things, like looking at the stars, watching the first snow, or just blowing dandelions  🙂 . MoYou stamping plates Pro Collection 04 and Lingo Collection 02 helped me to realize my design idea.

Das Herz von dem Design ist Konad „Kiwi_H01“ (kein Stamping Lack).

The heart of my design is Konad „Kiwi_H1“ (not a stampin g polish).

Von der Farbe her ähnelt es einem Kiwi 100% ig. Es ist ein grelles, sehr sommerliches Grün mit schwarzem mattem Glitter – definitiv eine interessante Mischung. Man braucht 2-3 Schichten für die volle Deckkraft, der Auftrag ist unproblematisch, die Trockenzeit ist eher durchschnittlich. Ich werde, wenn die Temperaturen wieder steigen, noch ein Kiwi-Design damit machen, der Lack schreit einfach danach. Der Nagellack ist parfümiert. Er riecht süßlich, aber ich konnte keine Fruchtnote feststellen . Beim Tragen ist es nicht aufdringlich, worüber ich mich sehr freue: ich bin generell kein großer Fan von parfümierten Nagellacken.

The color resembles a kiwi 100%. It is a bright, very summery green with black matte glitter – definitely an interesting mix. It needs 2-3 coats for full opacity, is easy to apply, the dry time is rather average. I will, when the temperatures rise again, make a kiwi design, the nail polish cries out for it . The nail polish is scented. it smells sweet, but I could not find any hint of fruit.  While wearing the scent is unobtrusive , which I am pleased about: I’m generally not a big fan of scented nail polishes.

Gestampt habe ich mit dem Stamping Lack von Essence „Stamp me“ white und habe als „Special Effect“ über Stamping noch etwas Ciaté Glitter „Ride my Rocket“ aufgetragen.

Summer Pineapple Nails with Sally Hansen, China Glaze & MoYou

Hi there,

heute ein sehr sommerliches Naildesign in Gelb und Koralle. Verwendet habe ich dafür zwei Nagellacke: China Glaze „Metro Pollen-tin“ und Sally Hansen „Kook a Mango“. „Metro Pollen-tin“ habe ich zum ersten Mal lackiert und fand es leider etwas „zickig“: der Lack ist sehr dickflüssig und es war nicht einfach, es gleichmäßig aufzutragen. „Kook a Mango“ habe ich seit letztem Jahr schon mehrmals benutzt und bin begeistert von dem Lack: tolle sommerliche Farbe, gute Deckkraft und dazu trocknet er schnell.

Today a very summery nail design in yellow and coral. I used for it two nail polishes: China Glaze „Metro pollen-tin“ and Sally Hansen „Kook a mango“. I polished „Metro pollen-tin“ for the first time and found it unfortunately a bit „complicated“: the polish is very thick and it was not easy to apply it evenly. As for „Kook a mango“, I have used it several times since last year and I am thrilled with this nail polish: great summer color, good coverage plus it dries quickly.

Mit „Kook a Mango“ habe ich für den Akzentnagel das Ananas-Motiv von der MoYou’s „Tropical Collection – 08“ gestampt (ich liebe, liebe, liebe diese Schablone 🙂 ). Die anderen Nägel wurden dann mit einem Gradient aus beiden Lacken „verziert“ (den Gradient habe ich mit Hilfe eines Schwammes getupft).

With „Kook a mango“ I stamped the pineapple image from the MoYou’s „Tropical Collection – 08“ on the accent nail (I love, love, love this stamping plate 🙂 ). The other nails were „decorated“ with a gradient made with both nail polishes (I dabbed the gradient I with a sponge).

White Nails with Misslyn, Mundo de Unas & Cici&Sisi

Hi there,

mit diesem Beitrag zum Misslyn’s Summer Nail Art Contest wurde ich zu einer der Gewinnerinnen nominiert (juhu 🙂 ).  Letzte Woche kam dann der lang ersehnte Gewinn an: fünf Mini-Nagellacke aus der „Lovely Nails“ Kollektion („true white“, „drama baby“, „miracle berry“, „summer in the city“, „caribbean bay“) und ein schnelltrocknender Überlack – ein richtig süßes Päckchen.

Last week the long-awaited win arrived: five mini nail polishes from the „Lovely Nails“ collection („true white“, „drama baby“, „miracle berry“, „summer in the city“, „caribbean bay“) and a fast drying top coat – a really cute package.

Als Erstes wollte ich unbedingt „True white“ ausprobieren – eine der wichtigsten Grundfarben für Nailarts 🙂 . Es ist gar nicht so einfach, einen gut deckenden weißen Nagellack zu finden. Mein Favorit bis jetzt war der weiße „Snow alert“ von Essence aus der „Mountain calling“ TE, der leider schon fast zu Ende ist.

First, I wanted to try“True white“- one of the main colors for nailarts 🙂 . It is not so easy to find a well-covering white nail polish. My favorite until now was the white „snow alert“ from the Essence’s“Mountain calling“ TE, which is unfortunately almost over.

„True white“ hat mich leider nicht ganz überzeugt. Es ist zwar ein wirklich schönes, reines Weiß, der Pinsel ist trotz Mini-Größe sehr bequem, aber der Nagellack deckt erst mit drei Schichten. Für die Naildesigns bevorzuge ich deckendere Nagellacke als Basis. Also geht die Suche nach einem deckenden weißen Nagellack weiter.

„True white“ has not completely convinced me. Although it is a really nice, pure white, the brush is very comfortable despite mini size, but the nail polish covered only with three layers. For nail designs I prefer more opaque nail polish as a base. So the search for a white nail polish with good coverage continues.

Für mein Stamping Design habe ich (inspiriert von einer Porzellan Schale 🙂 ) den blauen Mundo de Unas Stamping Nagellack „Iris“ und zwei Motive von der Stamping Schablone „Cici&Sisi – 03“ verwendet.

For my stamping design I  used (inspired by a porcelain bowl 🙂 ) blue Mundo de Unas stamping nail polish „Iris“ and two images from the stamping plate „Cici & Sisi – 03“.

Green Summer Nails with P2, Konad & Essence

Hi there,

seit gestern erstrahlen meine Nägel im frischen Grün von P2 :-). Kombiniert habe ich dafür zwei Nagellacke: „620 artful“ und „627 kind of crazy“. Als Erstes habe ich den Mittel- und den Ringfinger mit dem „kind of crazy“ lackiert. Ich mag dieses Pistaziengrün. Es ist sicherlich nicht jedermanns Geschmack, ich finde die Nuance aber ziemlich einzigartig und toll für den Frühling / Sommer. Der Lack ist nicht wirklich deckend, man braucht mindestens 3 Schichten, diese lassen sich aber ohne Probleme auftragen und trocknen recht schnell. Der türkisgrüne „artful“ ist in der Hinsicht viel „artiger“: deckt mit 2 Schichten, und ich habe bei ihm absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

For this, I combined two nail polishes: „620 artful“ and „627 kind of crazy.“ First, I painted the middle and the ring finger with the „kind of crazy“. I like this pistachio green. It’s certainly not to everyone’s taste, but I find the nuance quite unique and great for the spring / summer. The polish is not really opaque, you need at least 3 coats, but these can be applied without problems and dry quickly. The turquoise „artful“ is more opaque, covers with 2 coats, and I have absolutely nothing to complain about it.

Den Daumen, den Zeige- und den kleinen Finger habe ich mit „artful“ lackiert und dann mit beiden Lacken mit Hilfe eines Schwämmchens über „Kind of Crazy“ einen Gradient gemacht. Darüber kam ein Stamping mit der Schablone von Konad m78 – eine der ältesten in meiner Sammlung. Für Stamping habe ich Essence „Stamp me“ white verwendet.

I painted the thumb, the index and the little finger with „artful“ and then made a gradient over „kind of  crazy“ with both polishes by using a sponge. Over the gradient I stamped with the stamping plate Konad m78 – one of the oldest in my collection. For stamping I used Essence „Stamp me“ white.

Wie findet Ihr das Ergebnis? Tragt Ihr öfters Grün auf Euren Nägeln? Ich habe festgestellt, ich verwende es viel zu selten, obwohl es so viele wunderschöne Grünnuancen gibt.

How do you like the result? Do you often wear green on your nails? I’ve found, I use it too rarely, although there are so many beautiful shades of green.

Flower Nails with China Glaze, MoYou and Mundo de Unas

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

Hi there,

heute habe ich ein sommerliches Blumen-Design kreiert. Es ist nicht kompliziert, gefällt mir aber richtig gut dank dem „Hauptdarsteller“ – dem Nagellack von China Glaze „Surreal Appeal“. Es ist lachsfarben und Pink gleichzeitig, kein Neon und sticht trotzdem ins Auge –  ich liebe diese Farbnuance einfach. Zwei Schichten waren im Nu trocken – bereits nach einigen Minuten konnte ich mit Stamping beginnen.

Today I created a summery flower nail design. It is not complicated, but I really like it thanks to the „leading actor“ – the nail polish by China Glaze „Surreal Appeal“. It is salmon and pink at the same time, not a neon, but eye-catching – I simply love this shade. Two layers were instantly dry – after a few minutes I was able to start  with stamping.

Summer Neon Nails with Models Own, Mundo de Unas & MoYou

Hallo Ihr Lieben,
Hi there,

heute ein Design mit dem aller-aller-sommerlichsten Nagellack aus meiner Sammlung  – dem „Hedonist“ aus der Models Own LE „Hed Kandi“. Mehr Neon geht meiner Meinung nach gar nicht – optisch brennt es fast auf den Nägeln :-). Die Farbnuance ist ein Knaller – ein leuchtendes Koralle-Rot, ist definitiv nicht zu übersehen und perfekt für Partys, Festivals, Urlaub und einfach nur, wenn man Lust auf Farbe hat. Der Lack deckt in zwei Schichten und ist vom Finish eher semi-matt. Mit dem Topcoat gefällt es mir persönlich besser.

This neon is simply unbeatable in my opinion – visually it almost burns on the nails :-). The shade is a real blast – a bright coral-red, is definitely not to be overlooked and perfect for parties, festivals, holidays and just when you like bright color. The nail polish covers in two layers and is from he finish rather semi-matte. With the topcoat I personally like it better.

Summer Nails with Misslyn, Born Pretty and Mundo de Unas

bei Misslyn läuft gerade ein „Summer Nail Art Contest“, bei dem ich gerne mitmachen und mein Glück versuchen möchte. Aus allen Misslyn Nagellacken, die ich habe, kamen heute zwei „sommerlichste“ zum Einsatz: der goldene 85G Sparkling Diamond Nail Polish und der orangefarbene 59 Velvet Diamond Nail Polish. Beide sind Glitter-Nagellacke, die in zwei Schichten deckend sind und aufgetragen wunder-wunderschön funkeln und auf den Nägeln richtig zauberhaft aussehen.

From all Misslyn nail polishes that I have, I used two most summery today: the golden 85G Sparkling Diamond Nail Polish and orange 59 Velvet Diamond Nail Polish. Both are glitter nail polishes, that are opaque in two coats and sparkle so gorgeously when applied and look really enchanting on the nails.

Zuerst habe ich die Nägel mit dem goldenen 85G lackiert und dann mit Hilfe eines Schwammes einen Gradient mit beiden Lacken gemacht. Für mehr Sommerfeeling sorgte meine erst vor kurzem gekaufte Stamping Schablone aus dem Born Pretty Store BP-L017, die genau dem Thema entspricht und 22 schöne Sommer Stampingmotive hat.

First I polished my nails with the golden 85G and then made a gradient with both polishes using a sponge. The right  summer feeling provided my recently purchased stamping plate from Born Pretty Store BP-L017 , which exactly corresponds to the summer theme and has 22 great summer stamping images.

Das Palmenmotiv mit dem Surfer finde ich am Schönsten und habe es zusammen mit dem Schriftzug „Hello Summer“ gestampt.  Als Stamping Lack habe ich den „2 Black“ von Mundo de Unas verwendet. Wie findet Ihr das Ergebnis?

Strawberry nails with Kiko, Born Pretty and Essence

Hi there,

ein ersehntes Päckchen von Born Pretty Store ist heute bei mir eingetroffen – juhu! Ich habe insgesamt über zwanzig Stamping Schablonen und ein paar Decals bestellt und habe jetzt jede Menge neue Spielsachen 🙂 . Und natürlich musste unbedingt heute noch ein Design damit kreiert werden.

Da ich gerade auf dem Obst-Trip bin, kam die „fruchtige“ Stamping Schablone Y004 mit süßem Erdbeer-Motiv als Erste zum Einsatz. Diese habe ich dann mit der Schablone BP-67 kombiniert. Das gewählte Motiv von der Schablone BP-67 erinnert mich irgendwie an Schokoladenfäden -mit Erdbeeren zusammen eine yummy Kombi 🙂 .

Since I’m in love with fruit nailarts lately, the „fruity“ stamping plate Y004  with sweet strawberry image was the first  one I tried. Then I combined it with the plate BP-67. The image I chose from the plate BP-67 reminds me of drizzled chocolate stripes – together with strawberriesa a yummy combination 🙂 .

Für mein Design habe ich drei KIKO Nagellacke verwendet: 853  „Pearly Light Yellow“, 488 „Pearly Golden Camellia“ und 297 „Acid Green“.  Zuerst habe ich als Basis „Pearly Light Yellow“ aufgetragen (ein helles Zitronengelb mit leichtem Schimmer, deckt in drei Schichten) und dann die Motive mit Essence „Stamp me black“ gestampt.

For my design, I used three KIKO nail polishes: 853 „Pearly Light Yellow“, 488 „Pearly Golden Camellia“ and 297 „Acid Green“. First I applied as a base „Pearly Light Yellow“ (a pale lemon yellow with a slight shimmer, covers in three coats) and then stamped the images with Essence „Stamp me black“.

Kiko 488, 297, 853 stampoholicsdiaries.comMit „Pearly Golden Camellia“ und „Acid Green“ habe ich die Erdbeeren dann mit Hilfe eines Dotting Tools ausgemalt. „Pearly Golden Camellia“ habe ich bereits in diesem Blogpost vorgestellt.  „Acid Green“ ist ein schönes cremiges Apfelgrün, deckt in zwei Schichten und ist eine sehr hübsche Nuance für den Sommer. Hier sehr Ihr das Ergebnis, hoffe, es gefällt Euch.

With „Pearly Golden Camellia“ and „Acid Green“ I painted out the strawberries using a Dotting tool. Pineapple Nails with Essence, Mundo de Unas and MJ

Hi there,

das Wetter draußen ist so toll, dass man automatisch Lust auf farbenfrohe Sommernägel bekommt. Bei mir sind es heute Ananas-Nägel geworden :-). Das Herz von meinem Design ist Essence 12 „mandarine bay“ – helles Orange, deckt in zwei Schichten und ist perfekt für den Sommer.

 Ich wollte mit diesem Lack etwas „fruchtiges“ kreieren und habe dafür die Stamping Schablone MJ XXXIX genommen – ein Mix aus Obst- und Gemüse Stamping Motiven für garantiert Gute-Laune-Designs.

I wanted to create with this polish something „fruity“ and chose the stamping plate MJ XXXIX – a mix of fruit and vegetable stamping images for guaranteed feel-good designs.

Gestampt habe ich mit dem Lack von Mundo de Unas „27 Neon yellow“ auf dem Mittel- und dem Ringfinger, und andere Nägel habe ich mit Strass-Steinchen verziert. Hoffe, es gefällt Euch.

I stamped with the polish by Mundo de Unas „27 neon yellow“ on my middle and the ring finger and „decorated“ the other nails with rhinestones. Hope, you like it.
