Flower Nails for Anny

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

Hi there,

heute ein Design, welches ich mir zum 5. Anny Geburtstag ausgedacht habe. Es ist zart und schlicht geworden, in erster Linien dank der tollen Nagellack-Nuance in 290 „Nude“. „Nude“ ist ein helles, milchiges, warmes Beige-Rosa  Die Farbe finde ich wunder-wunderschön – richtig zart, leicht und feminin. Auf dem Bild unten seht Ihr drei Schichten.

Today a design, that I created for the 5th Anny birthday. It is simple and very delicate, primarily  thanks to the nail polish shade in 290 „Nude“. „Nude“ is a pale, milky, warm beige-pink. I think, the color is beautiful  – really soft, light and feminine. On the picture below you can see three coats.

Das passende Stamping-Motiv fand ich auf der Schablone von „Nailz Craze“ NC06 – eine Rose, die ich mit dem Mundo de Unas Stamping Lack in „Black“ gestampt habe.

The stamping image came from the stamping plate by „Nailz Craze“ NC06 – a rose, which I stamped with the the Mundo de Unas Stamping polish in „Black“.

Die Rose habe ich dann mit dem Jelly Nagellack von Essence „Bubble gum“ und dem Dance Legend Top Coat Aquarelle „Levitan“ direkt auf den Nägeln ausgemalt. Hört sich einfach an – war es auch. Und trotz Unkompliziertheit ist es jetzt schon eins meiner Lieblingsnailarts. Hoffe, Ihr mögt es auch.

Then I painted out the rose with jelly nail polish by  Essence „bubble gum“ and Dance Legend Top Coat Aquarelle „Levitan“ directly on the nails. Sounds simple – and it was really easy. Despite simplicity, it is now one of my favourite nailarts. Hope, you like it too.

Snowflakes with Flormar, Ciaté & MoYou

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

Hi there,

passend zum Wetterbericht für morgen ein Schneeflocken-Design :-). Mal schauen, ob es tatsächlich schneit.

to match the weather forecast for tomorrow a snowflake design on my blog today :-). We’ll see, if it really snows.

Zum ersten Mal habe ich Flormar Silk Satin SS01 „Blouse“ lackiert und bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Kauf. So ein wunderschönes, zartes Grün <3! Der Nagellack deckt mit zwei Schichten, trocknet schnell, hat ein tolles matte Finish – kurz gesagt, ich bin wunschlos glücklich damit.

For the first time I applied Flormar Silk Satin SS01 „Blouse“ and I am very content with this purchase. Such a beautiful, delicate green ❤ ! The nail polish covers with two coats, dries fast, has a great matte finish – in short, I’m perfectly happy with it.

Silver Nails with Moyra and Essence

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

Hi there,

heute ein Nagel-Design in Silber, welches ich vorletzte Woche getragen habe, komme aber erst heute dazu, es hier zu zeigen. Ich bin im Lackieren definitiv viel schneller, als im Schreiben :-). Das Design ist unkompliziert, schlicht und meiner Meinung nach sehr elegant. Als Basislack habe ich Moyra 251 verwendet – es ist ein hübscher Holo-Lack in Silber. Bei Sonnenlicht kommt ein goldener Schimmer dazu, den ich zu Hause bei dem Kunstlicht leider nicht mehr einfangen konnte. Ich habe drei dünne Schichten aufgetragen, der Auftrag war absolut unproblematisch und der Nagellack hat schnell getrocknet. Das Einzige, wo man etwas aufpassen sollte: der Lack betont jede Unebenheit auf den Nägeln, ich würde beim nächsten Mal evtl. einen Unterlack verwenden.

Today a nail design in silver, which I wore two weeks ago, but managed only today to show it here, on my blog. I am definitely much faster in painting than in writing 🙂 . The design is easy, simple and in my opinion very elegant. As base  nail polish I used Moyra 251 – it’s a lovely holographic nail polish in silver. In sunlight, there is a golden shimmer on nails, which I was not able to capture at home in artificial light. I applied three thin layers, the application was absolutely unproblematic and the nail polish dried quickly. The only notice: the nail polish accentuates any nail imperfections. Next time, I might use a base coat.

Als Stamping Muster habe ich Blumen von der Moyra Schablone „Stamping plate 01 – Globetrotter“ genommen – ein sehr schönes Motiv. Und dadurch, dass es ziemlich groß ist, kann man gut  mit seinen einzelnen Teilen spielen, ohne immer das gleiche Image auf jedem Nagel zu stampen.
Als Stamping Lack habe ich Essence „Stamp me“ black verwendet.

As stamping pattern I chose flowers from Moyra „Stamping Plate 01 – Globetrotter“ – a really beautiful image. And due to its large size, you can play well with its single parts, without always stamp the same on every nail.
As stamping polish I used Essence „Stamp me“ black.

Blog Birthday and Cupcake Nails with Essence, OPI, Konad and Bundle Monster

Hi there,

genau vor einem Jahr habe ich meinen ersten Blogpost geschrieben, heute hat also mein Blog einen kleinen Geburtstag. Ich bin glücklich und stolz, das mit Euch zusammen zu feiern. Und vielen Dank an alle meine lieben Leser! Ihr seid der Grund, dass das Bloggen so einen Spaß macht!

Exactly one year ago I wrote my first blog post, so today my blog has a little birthday. I am happy and proud to celebrate it together with you. And I’d like to say thank you to my dear readers! You are the reason, that blogging still makes so much fun!

Essence 188 dare to kiss, OPI my vampire is buff

Und wie vor einem Jahr möchte ich eine Runde Cupcakes ausgeben (ich habe beschlossen, das wird jetzt meine Blog-Geburtstagstradition 🙂 ) , diesmal aus einem kleinen französischen Café. Geholfen hat mir dabei die Stamping Schablone von Bundle Monster aus der Around the World“ Kollektion BM-XL153. Schaut selbst: ist sie nicht süß?

And just like a year ago, I wouldd like to serve cupcakes (I decided, this will be my blog birthday tradition now 🙂 ), this time from a small French cafe.  Stamping plate by Bundle Monster from „Around the World collection“ BM-XL153  helped me to create this french-inspired design. Look at yourself. Is it not cute?

Der Basislack für das Design ist der alte, aber sehr geliebte Essence 188 „Dare to kiss“ – schönes Altorsa / Nude  mit Satin Finish. Für den Akzentnagel habe ich OPI’s „My vampire is buff“ gewählt, den ich schon öfters in meinen Nailarts verwendet habe. Gestampt habe ich mit dem Konad Stamping Lack, dessen Namen ich leider immer noch nicht herausfinden konnte (vermute, das ist „Dark Purple“) .

The base nail polish for the design is old, but very beloved Essence 188 „Dare to kiss“ – beautiful dusky pink / nude with satin finish. For the accent nail I chose OPI’s „My vampire is buff“, which I often use in my Nailarts. I stamped with Konad stamping polish, whose name I unfortunately could not find out yet (I just suppose that’s „Dark Purple“). For the thumb, the ring and the little finger I used tape to tape up the half of the nail before stamping.

Mint Flower Nails with NCLA, Mundo de Unas and Born Pretty

Hi there,

ich muss gestehen, ich liebe Sale. Und als ich zufällig einen Deborah Lippmann Nagellack, den ich schon länger bewundere, zum reduzierten Preis bei Niche Beauty entdeckt habe (und dazu noch weitere reduzierte Schätzchen, die ich mir zum Normalpreis höchstens zu besonderen Anlässen schenken lassen würde), musste ich zuschlagen. Drei Deborah Lippmann’s („Harem Silks from Bombay“, „Spring Buds“, „Build me Up Buttercup“) und ein NCLA Nagellack („Santa Monica Shore Thing“) sprangen in mein Einkaufskörbchen. Die beiden Brands hatte ich noch nicht in meiner Nagellacksammlung und bin nach dem ersten „Beschnuppern“ sehr zufrieden.

I must confess, I love sale. And as I discovered a Deborah Lippmann nail polish, which I have been admiring for a long time, at a reduced price at Niche Beauty (plus further discounted nail polish babies, that I probably would only wish as a present on special occasions at their full price), I had to to buy on the spur of the moment. Three Deborah Lippmann’s („Harem Silks from Bombay„, „Spring Buds“, „Build Me Up Buttercup„) and one NCLA nail polish („Santa Monica Shore Thing„) jumped into my shopping basket. I have not had these two brands in my nail polish collection and after the first „getting in touch“ I am very satisfied.

Heute ein Design in einem wunderschönen Mint Ton mit NCLA „Santa Monica Shore Thing“. Es ist ein sehr deckender Lack (2 Schichten genügen vollkommen) und die Nuance ist ein Traum – Mint, Türkis und Blau in einem, eine Art Tiffany-Grün. Ich wollte etwas Romantisches damit kreieren und habe mein Lieblingsstampingmotiv, nämlich  Blumen gewählt. Die Stamping Schablone ist von Born Pretty Store und heißt „BPL-024„. Ich werde sie bestimmt oft verwenden – mir gefällt hier jedes einzelne Bild ohne Ausnahme. Als Stamping Lack nahm ich Mundo de Unas „34 Dark Gray“.

Today a design in a beautiful mint shade with NCLA „Santa Monica Shore Thing“. It’s a very opaque nail polish (2 coats are absolutely enough) and the color is a dream – mint, turquoise and blue in one, like a Tiffany green. I wanted to create something romantic and chose my favorite stamping image – flowers. The stamping plate I used is from Born Pretty Store and is called „BPL-024„. I will certainly use it often – I like here every single image without exception. As stamping polish I chose Mundo de Unas „34 Dark Gray“.

Halloween Nails with China Glaze, Essence, Colors by Llarowe and MoYou

Hi there,

passend zum heutigen Gruselabend ein kleines Halloween Nail Design. In Hauptrollen sind hier: „33 wild white ways“ von Essence, „Vincent“ von Colors by Llarowe (meine aktuellen Lieblinge, wenn es um schwarz-weiße Nailarts geht) und  der orangefarbene „Stoked to be soaked“ von China Glaze – seit zwei Jahren mein ständiger Begleiter in der Halloweenzeit.

In leading roles there are: „33 wild white ways“  by Essence, „Vincent“ by Colors by Llarowe (my current favorites when it comes to black and white nailarts) and the orange „Stoked to be soaked“ by China Glaze – for two years my constant companion in the Halloween time.

Hier eine kurze Anleitung, wie das Design entstand…

Here is a brief description of how I created the design …

Den Daumen, den Zeige- und den kleinen Finger habe ich zuerst mit „wild white ways“ lackiert, trocknen lassen, mit dem Tesafilm zur Hälfte abgeklebt, mit dem Hahnentrittmuster von der MoYou Schablone Pro Collection – 04 gestampt (Stamping Lack – „Stamp me black“ von Essence) und den Tesafilm entfernt. Danach war die zweite Nagelhälfte an der Reihe. Den gestampten Bereich habe ich mit dem Tesafilm abgeklebt, die andere freie Hälfte mit „Stoked to be soaked“ lackiert, trocknen lassen, mit dem Kürbismuster von der MoYou Schablone Festive Collection 16 dekoriert und den Tesafilm entfernt. Als Grenze zwischen beiden Mustern habe ich eine schwarze Linie mit dem „Vincent“ durchgezogen.

First, I painted the thumb, the index and the little finger with „wild white ways“, let it dry, taped one half with scotch tape, stamped on the other half the houndstooth pattern from MoYou Stamping plate Pro Collection – 04 (Stamping polish – „Stamp me black“ by Essence) and removed the scotch tape. Then I taped with scotch tape the already stamped area, painted the other stamping free half of the nail with „Stoked to be soaked“, let it dry, „decorated “ it with pumpkin pattern from the MoYou stamping plate Festive Collection 16 and removed the tape. As a boundary between the two patterns I pulled a black line with the „Vincent“.

Den Mittel- und den Ringfinger habe ich in Orange lackiert. Noch bevor der Lack trocken war, kam auf den Ringfinger ein weißer Klecks von „wild white ways“, den ich mit Hilfe eines Zahnstochers mit dem orangefarbenen Lack „verwischt“ habe.  Die beiden Halloween Stamping Muster kamen von der oben genannten MoYou Schablone Festive Collection 16.

After that I  painted the middle and the ring finger in orange. Even before the polish was dry, a white blob of „wild white ways“ came to the ring finger, and I „smudged“ it into the orange polish by the help of a toothpick. Both Halloween stamping patterns came from the aforementioned MoYou plate Festive Collection 16.

„Mr. & Mrs.“ Nails with El Corazon, Colors by Llarowe, L’Oréal, Mundo de Unas and MJ

Hi there,

ich habe Euch schon ein paar mal von der Matte & Shine Kollektion von El Corazon vorgeschwärmt, und meine Schwärmerei nimmt kein Ende :-). Der Lack Nr. 173 aus dieser Serie hat mich genauso wie die anderen ausprobierten absolut begeistert. Es ist ein sehr festlicher, schimmernder, in 2 Schichten deckender weißer Nagellack, der mich an Perlen und wunderschöne Ball- und Brautkleider erinnert,

I raved several times about matte & shine collection by El Corazon, and my enthusiasm is endless :-). The nail polish 173 absolutely thrilled me just like the others, which I tried out from this series . It’s a very festive, shimmery, covering in 2 layers white nail polish, which reminds me of pearls and beautiful ball and wedding dresses.

Kein Wunder, dass ich an die MJ Wedding Stamping Schablone gedacht habe und die weiße Schönheit von El Corazon mit dem  schwarzen „Vincent“ von Colors by Llarowe verkuppelt habe. Gegensätze ziehen sich ja bekanntlich an :-).

No wonder, that I thought about the MJ Wedding image plate and hooked up the white beauty by El Corazon with the black „Vincent“ of Colors by Llarowe. Opposites attract, you know :-).

Herausgekommen ist dabei dieses Design. Die verwendeten Stamping Lacke sind beide von Mundo de Unas: „1 White“ und „2 Black“. Den Ring- und den kleinen Finger habe ich mit dem  Topcoat von L’Oréal „195 Matte“ mattiert. Hoffe, es gefällt Euch.

The result became this nail design. The stamping polishes I used are both by Mundo de Unas: „1 White“ and „2 Black“.  I also mattified the ring and the little finger with the topcoat by L’Oréal „195 Matte“. I hope, you like it.

Vintage Nails with Manhattan, Flormar, Mundo de Unas and Moyra

das Design, welches ich heute zeige, bleibt bei mir in Erinnerung: einerseits liebe ich es sehr, andererseits war seine Entstehung gar nicht so einfach.

the nail design, that I show today, stays in my memory: on the one hand, I love it very much, on the other hand its creation was not so easy.

Die Idee hatte ich, als ich zum ersten Mal vor ca. einem Monat die Moyra Stamping Platten entdeckt habe. Wunderschöne, detailreiche Images haben mich dazu bewegt, dass ich direkt mehrere Platten bestellt habe. Nach ihrer Ankunft war meine Begeisterung etwas gedämpft: ich habe nämlich festgestellt, dass sehr viele Motive zu groß für meine Nägel sind (die Größeren sind 2,4 cm hoch). Es sind aber noch genügend wunderbare Images da, die ich auf jeden Fall verwenden kann und werde. Die Stamping Platte, die mich als meisten fasziniert hat, war die Platte Nr. 05 – „Vintage“.

I had the design idea, when about a month ago I first discovered Moyra stamping plates. Beautiful, detailed images induced me to order several Moyra plates. After their arrival my enthusiasm was a bit dampened: I  found out, that a lot of images are too large for my nails (the bigger ones are 2,4 cm long). But there are still plenty of wonderful images, which I can and definitely will use. The stamping plate, that fascinated me most of all, was plate number 05 -„Vintage“.

Als Basisnagellack habe ich Manhattan’s „Ni Hao in the Morning“ genommen, den ich seit einem Jahr besitze und bis jetzt noch nie ausprobiert habe. Es ist ein sehr schönes Nude mit dezentem Schimmer aus der Blogger’s Choice Edition und leider (wie ich festgestellt habe) mit sehr schlechter Deckkraft. Nach 4 Schichten „Ni Hao in the Morning“, einer Schicht Quick Dry Topcoat und ca. 50 Minuten später habe ich es gewagt, zu stampen. Dem Nagellack habe ich an der Stelle alles verziehen – das Design mit dieser Unterlage mochte ich. Das war kurz vor dem Schlafengehen. Am nächsten Tag nach dem Aufstehen entdeckte ich Abdrücke am Ringfinger. Auf weitere 4 Schichten hatte ich keine Lust mehr und habe den Ringfinger mit dem bewährten Flormar PD06 neu lackiert und darüber gestampt.

As base nail polish I chose Manhattan’s „Ni Hao in the Morning,“ I own it for a year now and have never tried it before. It is a beautiful nude with subtle shimmer from the Blogger’s Choice Edition and unfortunately (as I found out) with very poor opacity. After 4 layers „Ni Hao in the Morning“, a layer of Quick Dry Topcoat and about 50 minutes later, I dared to stamp. At that point, I forgave the nail polish everything – I really liked the design with this base. That was shortly before bedtime. The next day, after getting up, I discovered sheet marks on the ring finger. I did not really fancy applying further 4 layers, so I  repainted the ring finger with the proven Flormar PD06 and stamped over it.

Beide verwendeten Stamping Nagellacke warenvon Mundo de Unas: „2 Black“ und „12 Cream“.

heute ein Nail Design mit einem meiner Lieblingsnagellacke – El Corazon 163 aus der „Matte and Shine“ Serie. Ich liebe seine samtige Textur, die auffällige kräftige Farbe, seine Deckkraft und den tollen Schimmer – eine unschlagbare Kombination in meinen Augen.

Today a nail design with one of my favorite nail polishes – El Corazon 163 from the „Matte and Shine“ series. I love its velvety texture, the flashy bright color, its opacity and amazing shimmer – a winning combination in my eyes.

Als Stamping Motiv wollte ich (passend zur grünen Farbe) etwas Florales haben und habe mich dann für die Blüten von der Schablone Cici & Sisi – 02 und das süße Vogelpärchen entschieden.

To match the green color,  I wanted to have something floral as stamping image and chose the flowers from the  stamping plate Cici & Sisi – 02 and then the sweet bird couple.

Gestampt habe ich mit dem weißen Nagellack von Essence „Stamp me“. Da ich den El Corazon Lack auch pur und ohne Stamping sehr mag, habe ich ein paar „stampingfreie“ Stellen gelassen: auf dem Daumen und dem kleinen Finger habe ich diagonal den Tesafilm geklebt, darüber gestempelt und den Tesafilm wieder abgezogen.

I stamped the images with the white nail polish by Essence „Stamp me“. As I like the El Corazon polish also pure and without stamping, I left a half of the thumb and the little finger „stampingfree“ : for this, I placed the scotch tape diagonally on the finger, stamped and peeled off the tape.

So sieht das Ergebnis aus. Hoffe, Ihr mögt es.

Oriental Nails with Nails inc., Essence and Messy Mansion

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

Hi there,

heute möchte ich Euch einen sehr herbstlichen Lack zeigen, den ich bei TK Maxx entdeckt und gekauft habe: „New Burlington Place“ von Nails Inc. Es ist ein Duochrome / Metallic Nagellack mit richtig viel Schimmer. Der Lack ist nicht stark deckend (ich habe drei dünne Schichten gebraucht), dafür lässt er sich wunderbar auftragen, trocknet schnell und bildet absolut keine Streifen, wie es bei den meisten Metallics der Fall ist.  Cranberry. Bronze, Orange und Gold in einem – von diesem Farbspiel auf den Nägeln war ich absolut verzaubert.

today I’d like to show you a very autumnal nail polish, which I discovered and bought in TK Maxx store: „new burlington place“ by Nails Inc. It is a duochrome / metallic nail polish with lots of shimmer. The polish is not very opaque (I needed three thin layers), but it applies beautifully, dries quickly and is not streaky at all (as an opposite to the most metallics). Cranberry, bronze, orange and gold in one nail polish – I was absolutely enchanted by this play of colors on my nails .

Die Messy Mansion Stamping Schablone MM13 und „New Burlington Place“ waren ein ideales Paar in meinen Augen. Das Feuerwerk der warmen Farben war einfach eine perfekte Unterlage für diese prachtvollen orientalischen Muster. Als Stamping Lack habe ich Essence „Stamp me“ black verwendet.

The Messy Mansion stamping plate MM13 and „new burlington place“ were the ideal couple in my opinion. The fireworks of warm colors was a great base for these magnificent oriental patterns. As stamping polish I used Essence „Stamp me“ black.

Falls Ihr einen Tipp habt, wo man Messy Mansion Schablonen in Europa kaufen kann, wäre ich Euch sehr dankbar. Ich habe meine Schablonen schon vor einer halben Ewigkeit bei Messy Mansion direkt gekauft, in der Zwischenzeit liefern sie nicht mehr nach Deutschland. Jammerschade! Es gibt so viele neue Messy Mansion Platten mit traumhaften Mustern, an  die man einfach nicht rankommt 😦

If you have a tip, where I can buy Messy Mansion stamping plates in Europe, I would be very grateful. I bought my plates at Messy Mansion directly some years ago, in the meantime, they do not deliver to Germany. What a pity! There are so many new Messy Mansion plates with fantastic patterns in store and there is no chance to buy them :-(.
