Golden Ornaments with Kiko, Colour Alike and Lesly

Hi there,

heute ein Design mir diesem Nagellack-Duo: Colour Alike Stamping Nagellack „Supernova“ und Kiko 819.

Den schwarzen Kiko 819 habt Ihr bereits ein paar Mal hier im Blog gesehen, der duochrome „Supernova“ von Colour Alike ist jedoch absolut neu und direkt meine Nummer eins unter allen meinen goldenen Stamping Lacken geworden: super pigmentiert, lässt sich perfekt verteilen und auf den Stamper / Nagel übertragen, und die Farbe ist einfach top.

You have already seen the black Kiko 819 here in the blog a few times, but duochrome „Supernova“ by Colour Alike is absolutely new and became directly my number one among all my golden stamping polishes: super pigmented, applies and transfers perfectly to the stamper / nail, and the color is just great.

Knitted Glitter Nails with Glam Polish, Lesly and Mundo de Unas

Hi there,

am letzten Wintertag ein Design von mir, welches ich im Dezember gemacht habe, aber aus Mangel an Zeit hier noch nicht gepostet habe. Und wenn ich das noch weiter vor mir herschiebe, werde ich wohl im Hochsommer Winter Nail Arts zeigen :-).  Also, los geht’s  mit winterlichen „Strick“- Nägeln.

on last winter day a nail design, which I did in December, but have not posted here for lack of time. And if I continue to procrastinate on this issue, I will probably show winter nail arts in midsummer :-). So, here we go with wintry „knitted“ nails .

Als Basis fürs Design habe ich einen Glitter-Nagellack von Glam Polish „Run and Tell That“ gewählt. Wieso man Glitzer und Strickmuster kombiniert? Eine logische Erklärung gibt es dafür nicht. Ich fand den Lack einfach so toll, dass ich ihn direkt nach dem Kauf ausprobieren wollte. Und die Lesly Schablone ls-113 mit dem Strick-Muster stand schon ewig auf der Warteliste und passte gut in die Winterzeit und zum damaligen „WinterSchällenge“ Contest von irmas_lackwiese und ellecee_a_like, an dem ich auf Instagram teilgenommen habe.

As a base for the design I chose a glitter nail polish by Glam Polish „Run and Tell That“. Why combining glitter and knitting? A logical explanation for it does not exist. I just found the nail polish so great, that I wanted to try it right after my purchase. And Lesly stamping plate  ls-113 with the knitting pattern had been on my waiting list for ages and fit well in the winter time and to the „WinterSchällenge“ Contest by irmas_lackwiese and ellecee_a_like, on which I participated on Instagram.

„Run and Tell That“ erwies sich als wahrer Schatz. Das ist nach „Welcome to the 60’s“ mein zweiter Glam Polish Nagellack, und ich bin über beide Ohren verliebt in dieses Pärchen. Das Glitzern und Funkeln ist wirklich atemberaubend, die Deckkraft ist gut, und man hat keine Probleme beim Auftrag.

„Run and Tell That“ proved itself as a true treasure. This is my second Glam Polish after „Welcome to the 60’s“, and I’m head over heels in love with this couple. The glitter and sparkles are truly breathtaking, the opacity is good, and it is easy to work with.

Hier noch ein Bild von der Stampig Schablone Lesly ls-113, die ich in der ersten Linie wegen dem Strick-Muster gekauft habe. Ich finde solche Strickmotive toll, leider sind sie nicht so gängig. Die Norwegerpulllover Stamps findet man jede Menge, aber „Grundstricktmuster“ kenne ich bis jetzt nur von Messy Mansion Schablone MM40 und Moyou Fashionista-02 bzw. 03. Falls Ihr weitere Tipps habt, her damit 🙂  .

Here is a picture of the stamping plate Lesly ls-113, which I bought mainly because of the knitting pattern. I like such knitting images, unfortunately they are not common. I saw plenty of stamps with norway sweater patterns, but I know such „basic knitting patterns“ only from Messy Mansion plate MM40 and Moyou Fashionista 02 or 03. If you have any other tips, let me know 🙂 .

I stamped the image with Mundo de Unas stamping nail polish „Black“. Here is the result – a kind of Lurex sweater 😀. Hope, you like it.

Flower Nails with Kaleidoscope by El Corazon, Konad and Lesly

Hi there,

ein Frühlingsdesign mitten im Herbst, aber ich hatte echt Lust auf Pastellfarben. Geworden sind es Flieder und ein sehr helles Blau aus der Kaleidoscope Kollektion „Dreams About Spring“. Es sind zwei wunderschöne, ungewöhnliche Nagellacke mit dem feinen blauen Schimmer: Spring-04 („First Snowdrop“) und Spring-01 („Blooming time“). Beide decken in zwei Schichten (was für Pastellfarben keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist) und trocknen schnell.  Ich habe die Lacke bereits in meinem Urlaub ausprobiert: nach 5 Tagen gab es keine Anzeichen von Tipwear und Absplitterungen, danach hatte ich einfach Lust auf andere Farben und habe sie entfernt. Beim Entfernen sollte man wegen dem enthaltenen Schimmer etwas mehr Druck als bei den „normalen“ Creme Lacken anwenden, es war aber kein großer Akt.

a spring design in the autumn, but I really did feel like wearing pastel colors. Lilac and a very pale blue from Kaleidoscope‘ s collection „Dreams About Spring“ became my choice. These are two beautiful, unusual nail polishes with the fine blue shimmer: Spring-04 („First Snowdrop“) and Spring-01 („Blooming Time“). Both cover in two coats (which is not self-evident for pastel colors) and dry quickly. I have already tried the polishes in my holiday: after 5 days there were no signs of tipwear and chipping. After that, I just wanted other colors and removed them. When removing you should apply a little more pressure than with the“normal“ cream polishes because of the contained shimmer, but it was no big deal.

Frühlingsnagellacke schreien einfach nach einem Blumendesign :-), so habe ich mich für ein Blütenmotiv von der  Stamping Schablone Lesly LS-12 und den Stamping Lack von Konad „Violet“ entschieden.

Spring nail polishes just cry out for a floral design 🙂 , so I choose a flower image from the stamping plate Lesly LS-12 and Stamping polish by Konad „Violet“ .

Wild Animal Print with Kiko 488 „Pearly Golden Camellia“ & Lesly LS-11

Hi there,

das heutige Design ist recht wild und knallt auch farblich dank dem sommerlichen  Lack von KIKO – 488 „Pearly Golden Camellia“. Dieser hat mich extrem überrascht: als ich ihn gestern Abend zum ersten Mal bei Kunstlicht aufgetragen habe, war ich voll überzeugt, es hat einen starken Orangestich. Heute bei Tageslicht habe ich meinen Augen nicht getraut: er sah auf einmal extrem pink aus, und jetzt schaue ich mir auf  die Nägel und sehe wieder Orange – ein richtiges Chamäleon :-).  Der Lack enthält viele kleine goldene Flakies, die ein schimmerndes Pearl-Finish zaubern. Für ein deckendes Ergebnis habe ich drei Schichten gebraucht.

today’s design is quite wild and also stands out thanks to the summer polish by KIKO – 488 „Pearly Golden Camellia“. This polish extremely surprised me: as I applied it for the first time in artificial light yesterday evening, I was fully convinced, that it has a strong orange tinge. Today in daylight I could not believe my eyes: it looked extremely pink at once, and now I look to my nails and see orange again – a real chameleon 🙂 . The polish contains many small golden flakies that conjure a shimmering pearl finish. For the opaque result, I needed three layers.

Gestampt habe ich heute wieder mal mit dem schwarzen Stamping Lack von Essence „Stamp me“. Das Leopardenmuster ist von der Schablone Lesly LS-11.

Den Daumen und den kleinen Finger habe ich ohne Stamping gelassen, dafür aber mit den Straßsteinen von Jolifin verziert und voilà, hier ist das Ergebnis. Hoffe, es gefällt Euch und Eure Augen tun nicht weh (bei dieser wilden Kombination)  🙂 .

I left the thumb and the little finger without stamping, but decorated them with rhinestones by Jolifin – and voila, here is the result. Hope you like it and your eyes do not hurt because of this wild combination :-).

Dragonfly Nails with Colors by llarowe „Blonde Ambition“ & Lesly LS-11

Hi there,

ich habe schon lange keine Hololacke mehr getragen – das wurde endlich nachgeholt. Auf die Nägel kam heute eine Schönheit aus meiner letzten Bestellung im Hypnotic Polish Shop – „Blonde Ambition“ von Colors by llrowe. Es ist ein wunderbarer Holo-Lack in Taupe mit Gold – / Bronzeshimmer, im natürlichen Tageslicht sieht es recht dezent aus, aber im Sonnenlicht (gab es heute leider nur ein paar Minuten) oder bei Kunstlicht ist es eine richtige Holobombe – kaum wiederzuerkennen. Man braucht zwei Schichten für die volle Deckkraft, der Pinsel ist super bequem und der Lack trocknet schnell – kurz zusammengefasst, ich bin verliebt. Hier mein Versuch, den Holoeffekt einzufangen.

I have not used holographic polishes for a long time and finally caught up on it. On the nails I am wearing today a beauty from my last order at Hypnotic Polish Shop – „Blonde Ambition“ of Colors by llrowe. It is a wonderful holographic nail polish in taupe with gold – bronze shimmer, in natural daylight it looks pretty decent, but in the sunlight (today there were unfortunately only a few minutes of it) or in artificial light it is a right holobomb – barely recognizable compared to the „decent“ version. You need two coats for full opacity, the brush is super comfortable and the polish dries quickly – in a nutshell, I’m in love. Here is my attempt to capture the holographic effect.

Als Stamping Motiv habe ich die wunderschöne Libelle und die Blüten von der Schablone Lesly LS-11 gewählt und mit dem schwarzen Essence  Lack „Stamp me“ gestampt.

Polish me Silly „Get Breezy“ and Stamping with Lesly LS-12

Hi there,

heute möchte ich Euch ein Design mit einem wunderschönen Thermo-Lack von Polish me silly zeigen – „get breezy“.

Today I ‚d like to show you a design with a beautiful thermo nail polish by Polish me silly – „get breezy“.

Es ist für mich ein „gute-Laune-Lack“, In einer blauen Base schwimmen hier Glitter-Partikel in Lila, Orange, Blau , Grün und Pink. Bei Wärme ist es ein sehr helles Blau / fast Weiß, bei Kälte – Blau / Türkis. Auf dem Bild unten seht Ihr 3 Schichten ohne Topcoat.

 For me it is a „feel-good nail polish,“ In a blue base swim there glitter particles in purple, orange, blue, green and pink. When it’s warm, it is a very pale blue / almost white, when it’s cold – blue / turquoise. On the picture you see three coats without topcoat.

Passend zum Lack wollte ich ein fröhliches Design kreieren und griff zum pink-farbenen Stamping Nagellack von Mundo de Unas „Orchid“ und der Stamping Schablone von Lesly LS-12 mit dem Blumenmotiv. Durch das knallige Stamping und den Topcoat rückt den Glitter vom Lack  eher in den Hintergrund, ich bin aber trotzdem mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Und wie gefällt es Euch?

Matching the polish I wanted to create a fun design and picked up the pink-colored stamping nail polish by Mundo de Unas „Orchid“ and stamping plate by Lesly LS-12 with the flower image. Through the bright pink stamping and the topcoat the glitter of the nail polish moved into the background, but I am still very happy with the result. And how do you like it?

Sally Hansen „Shore enough“ and „Midnight in NY“ with Stamping (MM-44, LS-03)

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

das heutige Design würde ich „Love and Lace“ nennen.
Hauptdarsteller sind hier Sally Hansen „Shore enough“ und „Midnight in NY“.

„Shore enough“ ist ein beiger Creme-Lack mit guter Deckkraft (deckt in 2 Schichten) und einem sehr bequemen Pinsel. Der Lack ist mir etwas zu „nude“, um ihn  solo zu tragen, aber ich benutze es sehr gerne als Basis für Designs,  z.B. hier  (Stamping mit Ornamenten) oder hier (Halloween-Design). Diesmal wollte ich damit was romantisch-verführerisches kreieren.

Der Zweite im Duo ist „Midnight in NY“. Es ist ein wunderschöner leicht schimmernder schwarzer Lack. Ich habe ziemlich viele Nagellacke und es ist recht ungewöhnlich, wenn ich einen von ihnen öfters benutze. „Midnight in NY“ gehört aber dazu. An meinen „Nail Design“-freien Tagen greife ich meistens zu diesem Schwarz – sieht wundervoll aus, deckt gut und trocknet schnell. Außerdem kann man damit stampen.

Kombiniert habe ich beide Lacke mit 2 Stamping Schablonen: LS-03 und MM-44.

In das Motiv mit der wunderschönen jungen Frau von der Lesly Stamping Schablone – 03 war ich auf den ersten Blick verliebt und wollte es unbedingt zu einem Mittelpunkt in einem romantischen Design machen.

Die Messy Mansion Schablone MM-44 passte meiner Meinung nach perfekt dazu. Ich liebe Spitze und die Motive auf der Schablone haben mich einfach umgehauen. Sind sie nicht großartig?

Hi there,

I would describe my latest nail design as „Love and Lace“ .
The main characters here are Sally Hansen “ Shore enough“ and “ Midnight in NY “ .

„Shore enough“ is a beige creme nail polish  with good coverage (perfect opaqueness in 2 coats) and a very comfortable brush. The polish is too „nude“ for me to wear it solo, but I use it very ooften as a base for designs, e.g. here (Stamping with ornaments ) or here (Halloween design) . This time I wanted to create with this polish something romantic and seductive.

The second one in the duo is “ Midnight in NY „. It is a beautiful slightly shimmering black nail polish. I have quite a few nail polishes and it is unusual , if I use one of them often. “ Midnight in NY “ is this exception. On most of my „nail design“-free days I reach for  this black – looks wonderful , covers well and dries quickly. And you can also stamp with it.

I combined both polishes with two stamping plates: LS-03 and MM-44.

I was in love with the design with the beautiful young woman from the Lesly Stamping Plate LS-03 at first sight and was dying to make it a focal point in a romantic design.

The Messy Mansion stamping plate MM-44 fit in my opinion perfectly. I love lace and the images on the plate blew me away. Aren’t they great?
