als ich den „Shock wave“ von Sally Hansen im Geschäft gesehen habe, schlug mein Herz höher – dieses Bubblegum Pink war genau mein Geschmack. Außerdem war ich schon länger in Versuchung, die Miracle Gel Serie auszuprobieren. Sally Hansen schreibt dazu: „Die einzige Gel-Maniküre in nur 2 Schritten mit bis zu 14 Tagen Farbe und Glanz – ohne UV-Licht!“ Es ist bei mir zwar selten der Fall, dass ich zwei Wochen lang einen Lack trage, aber man weiß ja nie 🙂 Für einen nailartfreien Urlaub wäre das eine optimale Lösung. Also habe ich kurzerhand diesen Lack und noch einen hellblauen aus der Miracle Gel Serie geschnappt, den Miracle Gel Topcoat dazu und habe die pinke Schönheit aufgetragen.

So, without further ado I snapped this nail polish and one pale blue polish from the Miracle Gel Series up , bought the Miracle Gel Topcoat and applied the pink beauty.
Hier hat mich der Lack nicht ganz überzeugt: die Farbe ist toll, aber der Auftrag war anders, als bei den „normalen“ Creme Lacken von Sally Hansen, die ich besitze: es ließ sich ungleichmäßig auftragen und nach zwei Schichten waren immer noch einige Stellen da, wo der Nagel durchschien. Die dritte Schicht war wiederum zuviel und es kamen unschöne Streifen dazu. Mit dem dazugehörigen Topcoat sah das Ganze dann etwas besser aus. Vom Miracle Gel Topcoat habe ich mir mehr „Glossiness“ versprochen, aber es macht ansonsten alles, was es machen muss: die Nägel glänzen und der Unterlack trocknet schneller. Ein Plus von diesem Topcoat für Nail Art Liebhaber: das Stamping wird nicht verwischt.
Here I was not quite convinced with the nail polish: the color is great, but the application was different than the application of „normal“ cream polishes by Sally Hansen, which I own. It applied unevenly and after two layers there were still some spots, where the nail showed through. The third layer was too much and it became streaky. With the topcoat from the same series the whole manicure looked a bit better. I expected better glossiness from the Miracle Gel Topcoat, but it did its job: the nails shined and the polish dried faster. An advantage of this Topcoat for Nail Ar t lovers: it does not blur the stamping.
Für Stamping habe ich ein Motiv von der Schablone MJ II und den Stamping Lack „Pale rose“ von Mundo de Unas gewählt. Den kleinen Finger habe ich stampingfrei gelassen und mit ein paar Strasssteinchen geschmückt – ein sehr einfaches Design.
For stamping I chose the image from the stamping plate MJ II and stamping polish „Pale Rose“ by Mundo de Unas. I left the little finger stamping free and „decorated“ it with a few rhinestones – a very simple design.
Ich kann nicht viel zu der Haltbarkeit von „Shock wave“ sagen, da ich den Lack nach 3 Tagen entfernt habe. Es gab nach 3 Tagen jedenfalls keine Absplitterungen und keine Tip Wear. Das Ablackieren ging genauso schnell wie bei den normalen Nagellacken. Habt Ihr schon Erfahrungen mit der Miracle Gel Serie gemacht und wie zufrieden seid Ihr?
I can not say much about the durability of „Shock wave“, as I removed it after 3 days. Anyhow, after 3 days there was no chipping or tip wear. The removal was easy and as fast as the removal of normal nail polish. Have you had any experience with the Miracle Gel Series and how satisfied are you?
